SMT production line arranges 1-sided and 2-sided PCB assembling including HDI PCBs and metal based PCBs. The range of mounted housings — BGA, QFN, PLCC, SOIC, SOT, SOJ, SOP, SOD.
Eventual components size for assembly — from 0201 up to 42x32mm.
Surface mount production consists of two lines.
The first line contains:
- PCB loader SML-120X manufactured by SJ Inno Tech (South Korea);
- Automatic screen printer HP-520 manufactured by SJ Inno Tech (South Korea);
- Three SMD pick and place machines with total capability 92 000 components per hour manufactured by Mirae (South Korea), which can assemble packages from 0201 up to 42x32mm;
- 7-zone reflow oven manufactured by Tolo Machinery (China), which can be used for Lead Free soldering as well;
- PCB unloader SMU-120X manufactured by SJ Inno Tech (South Korea);
- The maximum PCB size which can be assembled by this line is 520x460mm.
The second line contains:
- automatic screen printer BS1400 manufactured by Autotronik (Germany);
- Two SMD pick and place machines with total capability 36 000 components per hour manufactured by Mirae (South Korea), which can assemble packages from 0201 up to 42x32mm;
- 7-zone reflow oven manufactured by Tolo Machinery (China), which can be used for Lead Free soldering as well;
- PCB unloader UL-3 manufactured by Tolo Machinery (China).
The maximum PCB size which can be assembled by this line is 410x460mm.
All solder materials which are used while production manufactured by Kester (USA).
Our company developed Lead Free soldering technology of PCBs starting from 2009.
While working with solder materials which have water-soluble flux residues, two ultrasonic washing machines and cleaning solution A4651US (manufactured by Kyzen (USA)) are used for PCB washing.
