Our engineers design single sided, double sided and multi-layer PCBs of different complexity, including PCBs with BGA and QFN packaging, HDI PCBs, aluminium based PCBs. The design process takes into account technological requirements of PCB manufacturer, as well as the production site. Designing is made in accordance with IPC standard based on EDA PCAD2000, 1, 2; PCAD 4.5, 8.5.
